Payment Acceptance
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept bank transfers (local & international), debit/credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment gateways. For Nigerian clients, we also support direct Naira bank transfers.
Can I pay in my local currency? What Services Does Your Creative Agency Offer?
Yes. While our base currency is Nigerian Naira (₦), international clients can pay in USD, GBP, EUR, or other major currencies. We use real-time exchange rates to ensure transparency.
Do you require an upfront deposit?
Yes. To begin any project, we require an upfront deposit of 70-80% of the agreed project cost. The balance is paid upon project delivery or in agreed milestones.
How do you handle milestone payments?
For larger projects, payments can be broken into milestones (e.g., design phase, development phase, launch). This ensures clarity, accountability, and smooth project flow.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. All costs are clearly outlined in our proposal before project kickoff. Any additional features or requests outside the agreed scope will be discussed and approved before implementation.
Do you issue invoices and receipts?
Yes. We provide professional invoices for every transaction and official receipts upon payment. Invoices are itemized for full transparency.
What is your refund policy?
Since our services are custom and digital, we do not offer refunds for work already delivered. However, if a project is canceled early, refunds are calculated based on work completed.
Do you offer installment or subscription-based payments?
Yes. We offer flexible billing models, including installment plans for larger projects and subscription retainers for ongoing services like SEO, hosting, or maintenance.
